Distributor proposal

Can anybody give me any guidelines as to what I should include in a proposal to become a distributor for an existing automtive related manufacturer?

So far it looks a bit sparse, probably about two thirds of a page of A4 giving basic details of why I am suitable to be a distributor, basic plans for selling the product and basic reasons why I should add them to their existing supplier base.

This will be the first official contact with the company in this capacity.

Talk about you as a person, your experience and results. What is the product? Being a car nut helps as you are on here.

When selling yourself, be concise, honest and use bullet points. What can you do for them? Thats what they want to know.
