Any contract lawyers?

A mate of min is setting up a new company and has a firm doing the software development for an equity stake. Th developers are based in India and so we need a contract lwer who can take cre of such things but funds are a tad tight! I have no idea what such a contract should cost. Any lawyers here with experiance or can anyone suggest someone?
