Anyone use it?

Any good? Better than ACT or similar products?

Really? That disappointing.

I'm trying ACT now and don't find it very intuitive. Was hoping that the MS product would integrate well with Outlook which is how I run my life otherwise. Getting a little uncomfortable with setting up a load of stuff in ACT as well. Seems a bit silly to do that (although it does sync some data).

ACT! Email is a skin for Outlook though and then you get the history record in ACT! if you mail through the ACT! email client.

I just find ACT! information tracking much better than the Outlook offering.
