I know they carry a 17.5% insurance preminum tax, but do the have VAT as well? I have decided not to buy a new company car, but to buy a warranty instead (please, no knowing laughter). I just wondered if any knew if it had VAT I could reclaim.

No VAT just Insurance Premium Tax, not sure but I think it may be 5% on a car warranty.
