250 Free business cards!

Is just VistaPrint...
Cards are an "odd" size, and the weight is pretty low. Plus they'll bombard you with loads of "deals".
On the plus side, dirt cheap and print quality is OK...if you just want cheap business cards they're great, if you want decent business cards I'd go to a proper printer...
Rob.

Thanks for the tip Rob!

I use vistaprint and they are fine for what I want - so far I have used them for Ann Summers Party Plan, an online lingerie store, and currently, a parenting forum.
My most recent order was 250 glossy business cards and 50 leaflets, which cost me £13 in total - £2.50 for the upload of my own logo, 4p for the upgrade to glossy cards and the rest was postage.
However, if you are wanting to look very professional, you are possibly better looking elsewhere
My advice would be to get a small order from them to see what you think.

Hi Tracey,
Many thanks for the tips! I might give them a go! Anyone else experienced them?

My business cards and leaflets came yesterday, I will happily post you a sample if you want to have a look?
My wife has just used Vistaprint to make up some business cards and magnets for ShopAtBettyBoop. They don't look too bad, to be honest.
(Having said that, I have nothing to compare them against so they could be inferior to 'proper' cards. But they seem ok to me.)

What's the glossy finish like...is it very glossy like a photo, or is it it a kind of "matt gloss" (if that makes sense)?
Just ordered 250 non-glossy custom designs from them...wondering if the extra for glossy was worth it...

Erm, its in between :P
I will send you one if you want? For the sake of a 30p stamp, I don't mind popping one in the post. They aren't massively glossy, just enough to make them look less-cheap (does that make any sense?!)
feel free to order a sample pack from our site www.fullphatdesign.co.uk . I offer a choice of four finishes including matt and gloss lamination without any extra charge as well as free delivery to mainland UK and free design if you provide us with your logo.
Just remember your cards are normally a clients first impression of your business so dont cut any corners!
All the best
