private car lease and tax returns

Hello i am on a company car scheme where we lease our cars and claim back 40p per mile for the 1st 10,000 miles and 25p after until april,i was under the impression i can claim the shortfall back from the tax man,can anybody clarify this for me as the govt tax site is a minefield thanks in advance

There is no 'shortfall' in the figures you give above.
