Hi

I ahve recently appointed an office administrator who is quite junior but has potential. Is anyone aware of any courses ( ideally in South West, but would consider London) that I could send her on to develop office management / hr / admin and policy.

regards

Owen

Lots of HR related courses out there - anything specific you want?

nothing too specific. mainly an overview of HR, H&S, time magmnt etc.

some of the ones I have looked at have been more to do with high level training for people with certifications or professional qualifications.

I am looking for something suitable for a level calibre 19 year old.

thanks

St Johns Ambulance do H&S courses. For HR related look at the CIPD website, they have a free training directory. There are introductory courses to give an overview of HR: 'The Work of the Personnel Dept' 3 day course
