A friend of mine is looking to start a business making and supplying sandwiches to local offices/building sites etc. I imagine that you can't just set up in business running a sandwich delivery service without some kind of hygiene qualification etc. Could some knowledgable, kind chap[ess] tell me what kind of qualifications/certificates would be needed?
I would imagine you would at least need the Basic Hygiene Certificate (try typing this into Google). Really easy, the Missus teaches this to her GCSE students.
