Debt Recovery firms

Been using a debt recovery firm called NDR, who are absolutly useless, I was going to discharge them of their contract with my firm this week but they have conveniently gone into liquidation over the weekend.
Do any of the PH collective have a debt recovery firm that:
a) only charge when they recover
b) actually manage to recover anything
Also, before they went titsup they collected some money from some ex clients, have I lost both the cash and the right to recovery now?

Mentioned 'em before I think but I recommend www.chamberslegal.co.uk sorted stuff out for me fine in the past. Small, decent outfit concentrating as much on prevention as cure.
