Opps, don't know what happened to my last post.

Anyway, I've been trying to recruit new sales staff experienced in IT and Telecoms sales. I've had virtually no suitable candidates from either the agency we've used or from the online recuitment site ad I've placed.

We're offering good basics, car, pension, good bonus and training.

Has everyone in the south east retrained to become a plumber?

Try Asia or poaching. Every one wants experienced staff in some industries it seems, perhaps you should consider retaining your staff long enough to promote them?

No idea why any one in their right mind would turn down a job in a call centre though….
