Looks like there's some good deals here: www.directline.co.uk/mortgages/welcome.htm

I've had a look and can't beat the rates for tracker online (haven't been to a broker yet).

YHM... its all well & good doing it yourself but i picked up 2 easy mortgages this week they were going direct then couldnt be bothered to do all the paperwork! It takes me 10 mins to rattle through an application form, most people would take over an hour if you've never done it before.

Plus, im then liable for the advice i give you
Plus, we chase it for you up to completion
Plus, we can do your insurances so you dont have to worry about that
Plus,....eerr.... it helps me pay for my petrol please...
