At the moment my company is using a few rooms in a residential building for offices. We have been considering whether or not to buy the property, but we would also like to know about buying a dedicated commercial property. We are a photography company, so would possibly be looking from somewhere with a studio. We would like it somewhere in North/Central london, but do not need/want a shop front. I am finding it difficult to find suitable properties - almost everything I can find is a shop front. Who should I be speaking to, or where should I be looking?

Surely there are plenty of warehouses on small industrial estates which would be perfect for you. Assuming you are after at the very least 2000 sq ft, converting part of the space to offices, you'd still have plenty of room for a studio, especially considering if the warehouse comes as an empty shell.

I can arrange up to 85% on commercial finance against the property value, which is quite rare! Email me if interested.
