Claiming Missing Parcels

I have a mail order company and some of the parcels go missing. We dont usually bother claiming for these as I think is a pita. The royal mail loose about 2 parcels a month (which isnt bad I think) Anyway - how can I claim for these? Does anyone else claim on a monthly basis? If so how?
