simple micro website required

Can anyone reccommend a reliable & decent web builder for me please. I need a very simple micro site made up. I have the logo drawn in freehand, plus font chosen and idea for a very simple layout. I need someone to pull it all together within the next few weeks please Small ish budget though. A mate made my other site for beer money, but he's too busy right now. Thanks...
