T-shirt printing recommendations,

Has anyone on here used, know of, or work in, a t-shirt printing business?
I'm after a few shirts being made up for this years Ashes tour and got a design knocked up for a polo shirt, front and read prints, two colours on each side. The general price coming back is about the £20-£30 mark for a polo shirt.
Without knowing what sort of quality to expect I'm just unsure of ordering without knowing if the print will still be there after a couple of washes.
Any suggestions?

Not sure if I'm 100% correct here but I think there may be a difference between screen printing on a Tee shirt and on a Polo shirt, the few Tee shirts I've had have certainly survived the wash and the Polo shirts as they have a stiched "logo" are obviously no problem. Your Yellow pages I'm sure will show a High street outlet that will do it and your best bet is to call in and see what's on offer. £20 - £30 seems a bit high to me, see if they will do a "sample" on the strength of an order to follow and then give it a few washes yourself !
Try www.intamart.co.uk/, ask for Justin and tell him Gregor sent you.
He's an old friend of my Dad's (Gerry) and me and if you mention the Marshall family and it's car related he'll do you a deal and I'd be surprised if it was over £12 a shirt for a small print run.
