Unicom - any experience?

Anyone heard of a company called Unicom? I got an unsolicited call from them offering up to 55% off our BT rates. Usual sales spiel, "we're the biggest, best", etc.

I'm happy sticking with BT, as there is almost always a catch with these kinds of outfit (e.g. dial a 200-digit number before making each call, long contract, hidden fees, etc), but does anyone here have good experience of them? Or would switching to them be as much of a nightmare as changing gas supplier?

Used them for 12 months at one of the shops, no problems, bills monthly direct debit. Use phone as normal, no codes etc.
