Is anyone in the call centre business?

I need to form a relationship with an out sourced call centre. We are a motoring orientated company, some on here know me and others have used our service in the past. We are in navigation, not car sales.
I am urgently in need of an expansion option on a pay per call basis, but staff have to quite extensivley trained prior to taking calls. At our expense obviously.
