Getting products made in China..

Right, say someone has an idea for something that was relatively simple to make and would need to be made in somewhere like China/India (i.e. cheap) - how would you go about finding companies over there that make them? Getting a quote etc (with confidentiality).

Also, if the product was the type given away as a promotional item by companies (like those sponge stress-toys or pens etc) how would you sell them to a distributor? How would you find distributors?

We are in the process of setting up a website for a company who has a large manufacturing plant in china, they are just about to offer outsourcing to people like you

Drop me an email with an idea of quantities and I'll see if they can help.

They might not be quite as cheap as some others but then they are a uk based company, they exist, they own their own factories in china (I've met the chaps that run it) and they all real ( unlike some others I can met).
