... TVR warranties, in fact!

I'm due to take the T350 down to TVR Power tomorrow to have it inspected for the wear and tear warranty. All in, that'll be £1500 for the year. Now, if I'm buying it from them, aren't they the ones liable for honouring the terms of the product/service sold to me, rather than the factory (ignoring who owns TVR Power for one second)?

Now, back in the real world with them being a wholly owned subsidiary of TVR, unless they shut down/create another company and all move across, is everything still good with that? I'm assuming from TVR's statement of drivetrains remaining UK based that TVR Power will probably get that gig.

Just scratching my head tonight on whether to blow another few £k tomorrow having just probably lost several thousand on the resale value of the car since picking it up at the weekend! confused

it's usually guranteed by an insurer. ask who underwrites it!
