Something new for me, but i assume that there are folks that do this all day.
I have been asked to provide a maintenance contract for one of my clients that have a small business.
At first they want to try it out for 6 months and see how it goes, but hopefully looking to extend it indefinitely.
Now normally my clients are normal home users that don't require anything more than a quick hard drive replacement or quick training.
So first of all what goes in to a IT maintenance contact, also is there a template on the net that i can download and then edit to suit me.
Finally where can i find charging examples of IT maintenance contacts for small business.

thanks
DJ

No particular advice beyond suggesting a spell checker

It can get quite tricky if you consider obsolescence etc. I do maint contracts, email me and I'll get back to you
