Small business for the wife

Ok, children starting school and the wife wants to 'do' something.
She has a career history in sales and is quite creative. She is looking for something that can be done while the kids are at school or that takes up an evening or two.
So far, she has looked into magnetic bead jewellery but cant find a decent supplier in the UK, artisic mirrors,designer used childrens clothes etc....
Anyone got any ideas or have tried anything?

I did mention that but got a smack........ reliable secretarial services
typing/proofing/binding reports/sending out/mail shots for small businesses not necesarily phone answering
if there is one thing that used to take up so much time when i started it was that, which a mate who has just started his own business agrees with, having left a large corporation with his own pa/typing pool/advertising department
