Great service

Does anyone else feel really chuffed when you receive great service? I know we should expect it but some companies just seem to get it so right.

Ordered some light switches from a company on late Wednesday night, had a confirmation email first thing Thursday and they have just pitched up at my door. Now for the best bit, 2 dimmer switches, remote control and postage all for less than the price of a single switch from any competitors.

Brilliant.

Yep - I know what you mean!

I bought a towbar mounted bike rack from www.maxxraxx.co.uk/ - I ordered it yesterday and it arrived 10am this morning. £8 delivery charge and the box is so heavy I can bearly shift it!! The product is fantastically engineered and really does look like someone sat down and looked at the problem of carrying bikes and found a great solution rather than flogging a product that is cheap but crap!

Very impressed!!
