Retention of Title

We sold a machine to a third party and we have retention of title. They have sold the machine on and can't/won't pay us.
What can we do, and if it helps I do know where the machine is.

If you genuinely have retained title you would be able to get it back from the person who now has possession but there are no self help remedies available. You would need a court order
