0845 transferable numbers and alternatives

[Roman]

Hi

Could anyone please advise what alternative telephone numbers I could purchase and relocate as I move offices?

I am in the process of moving a business to an interim location with a domestic telephone line and may be moving again in a couple of months so want a number that I can transfer without the high charges that an 0870 number will give to clients/customers.

I suppose I could always have a redirect on the current number but any other ideas for a 'portable' number?

Thanks

I have used Robotelecom for the past 4 years. Good service and easy to move with there on-line system.

They usually have a good range of numbers and if your are inventive you can get them quite cheap.

I got 08456442401 and 08456442403 for phone and fax services, makes us look bigger than we are and people assume you own 2402 and maybe 2400 as well.

EDIT
Just had a quick look and they currently have a good series of numbers to be able to do the same as I have. www.robotelecom.co.uk/0845numbers.asp?#bm0

Try www.uk2numbers.co.uk . We used them to buy our 0845 numbers and also use their fax-to-email service.
