Investment in emerging property markets

Day dreaming at this stage but wondering if anyone has experience in either commercial or resi markets abroad. I work in commercial property in the UK and don't have the funds to invest here. Risk is something I'm aware of and not knowing the market is a big one.

Any good agents/websites people can recommend so I can broaden my knowledge base? If nothing else it's always fun to learn....

This ia massive industry.

You have to be very careful because emerging markets can be very unstable and rife with corruption.
