As the title, I need to arrange a mortgage and bridging loan quickly. Any offers?

I think "minimax, "scotal" or "smirnoff" should be able to help smile

Don't know if it's too late but if you fancy the services of an independant bridging specialist then send me an email.

Thanks for the offer, I think I am sorted now without a bridging loan. We had a look at a house on Sunday and decided we wanted it, but the vendors want a completion date by this summer so I haven't got time to sell anything. I thought I might need a mortgage and short term bridging loan but should be ok with just a big-ish mortgage which I can pay off when I sell some stuff. It was a bit urgent on Sunday because I had committed to buy without being 100% sure where the money was coming from....
