Sorry for the blatant ad!
I have a nice industrial unit near the M60/M61 in Worsley, Manchester.
We are using the office complex but the warehouse part is going to waste. If anyone needs storage space on flexible terms or perhaps light industrial work send me an e-mail!
It's around 7000-8000 Sq Ft with large electric shutter door entry (big enough for a HGV) and secure parking.
