Anyone work for a main franchised dealer?

I am looking into setting up a service similar to autoebid but with a few USP's.

The first task will be to get at least 2 main franchised dealers from each manufacturer on board. Who would you suggest I ask to speak with when calling to make appointments? Will the sales manager do or will I need to talk to a director?

Most dealer principals allow sales managers to run the place but final decision will be dealer principal
