Based in the UK, I work for a large US company of which I have a few shares as stock options. I am looking to sell some of them at the moment but rather than take the proceed in STG, I am considering taking another punt and keeping the proceeds in dollars and keeping for a while.

Anyway know a decent UK based dollar account that is going to be reasonable fee free and preferable pay me some interest on the money?

I've googled it and can find quite a few but they all seem to be with charges and no interest?

Cheers!

CitiBank.

Bunch of complete monkies with a call centre in India, which is the real icing on the cake.

However, they are credible and you can open a $ or E a/c alongside a £ current or savings account.

Bit of interest and no fees if over a few K.
