Hi,

Quick question for you all. My partner has been made redundant and her final week is next. Her company give bonus's based on KPI's for which, she would normally be entitled to.

She's only been there about 6-7 months and as yet as not recieved a KPI bonus, not through poor work may I add!

Her Boss as told her now that she will not be getting ker KPI's back dated even though she was initally told she would.

She has no outstanding work to date and she also also never actually had a clear definition of her KPI metrics. Seems somewhat unfair and underhand that they are now refusing to pay. We are only talking about £500 anyway.

I am just after some advice really that I can pass on to her for how best to go about forming a construtive argument. With a hope to justifing why she should have received the money OR infact if they are in the wrong for denying the money??

Cheers all smile

She could always visit a CAB ( Citizens advice bureau) for advice. Go over her contract with her and employee handbook, see if that turns up anything.

Usually someone going through redundancy will have a compromise agreement which states exactly what they are entitled to. Does you partner have one of these?
