I'm a member of a club which is about to produce its first glossy calendar. They've got to the proof stage but are unhappy with the quality and are considering moving the work elsewhere.

Spec:

Size A3
Qty 1,000 off
14 pages + cover
Four colour process + seal
Spiral binding
Pack and supply with C3 envelopes

The budget is £3,000 and the deadline for delivery is 4th August.

Can anyone here deal, or know someone that can? Thanks!

Thanks - that looks more like a design company than a printer though. I think the design is already done.

Incidentally somewhere near Southampton would be preferred if poss.

What paper weight do you want to use? ie 130 gsm gloss for pages and 250gsm gloss for the cover. Let me kow as this will have an effect on the costs.
I'll see what we can do for you.

Hi, I don't have the grammage; I suggest it would be whatever is normally used for calendars. I'm not personally involved, just trying to help them out of a spot, so I'll forward your web address and see what happens. If you get a call from Alyson, that's the project!

350 covers is the norm with 200 inners.

Great work Broccers, I don't if you can do the price but I've mailed on your web address.

Right, that's me done (dusts hands), it's over to them now. Why am I so interested? One of my photos is in it smile

Althopugh personally I'd have chosen this:
