problem with liquidater of motorsport company

Hi guys .Do not know how to start so i will get to the point .
I need to no how to get full asset as per my purchase .
I need advice on how to report a liquidation firm to the relevant authority as i have concerns of miss conduct .
Would it be the DTI .

The company is a recovery company i do not want to put there name on hear as it may be against rule .
I purchased my new company from the bailiff how was the liquidator agent .
As i am one off the new owner off the company i can advice the name of the company i have purchased.
The company i purchased is vegantune sportcar and motorsport centre ltd ,reg number 5077775.
The trading name of the company was Vegantune. I am still waiting for the name to be transferred on to my newly registered company.
Along with asset that were removed after auction etc and other things which i need to investigated .As i am being stone walled by both agent and liquidator in my opinion .
I have a solicitor on this since early this year but the liquidation company do not respond correctly in my opinion.
