i am looking for insurance for some motor activity. My company has started a project converting cars - ie taking a brand new unregistered vehicle, jiggering with it, then selling it on.
The cars arrive on transporters to a secure car park, in which the vehicles are already insured.
My employees travel to the carpark, collect a vehicle and drive it about 2 miles to a workshop where it is converted. The car may be parked outside the workshop overnight during this process, but always locked and under cctv.
Once the conversion is complete, they drive the car back to the secure carpark and collect another.
