Hi Is anyone aware of any free software out there to help me create logo's for my companies? looking to see if I can do them myself.

Something that has a choice for different idustries etc?

Not free, but worth it, IMO ... and you'll probably find yourself veering towards such solutions when the search for freeware proves less than fruitful...

Logo Design Studio - by Summitsoftcorp (not sure of exact web address)

Logo Creator - by Laughingbird software (as silly as that name sounds)

Both powerful stuff, if you have to 'cheat' (like I do!)

As an alternative you could try www.sitepoint.com. I've got a logo contest running there at the moment and at least one of the ideas is good enough for me to use (and far better than I managed myself even with software to assist). Cost me £15 to set up the contest and I'm offering the lowest possible prize money (£50).

if you're using 'logo software' you don't really need a logo tongue out

Depends if you're looking to develop a serious website, or just a bit of fun.

If you're looking for a serious business website, you need consultation regarding your business, current marketing, products, target audience, integration with crm/other software.

If it's for a hobby website, i'm sure there are some guys on there that can help you, students etc, for a few hundred quid smile

If it's a business website, it won't be a few hundred quid cool
