I put in a p50 claim for income tax repayment a couple of weeks back, but have heard nothing since - any ideas on timescale?

How long is a piece of string?

It may be worthwhile giving them a call to see where matters have progressed to.

Agreed!

Funnily enough, if anyone remembers all the hassle with the HMRC giving out wrongful fines....

...I got the confirmation that my appeal was accepted and my fine was zero on Friday. Did the fines go out in February!?
