Are you allowed to sell Replica watches on ebay ?

If you do not state it is the real deal, the buyer has no come back.

Generally, if ebay are making money from you selling, you'll be welcomed with open arms.

I would disagree with that on a legal basis, although I agree ebay may not give a s***!

If what you are selling implies that it is something that it is not without stating otherwise then this would indeed nullify your contract and you could sue to get your money refunded.

However if it is a replica Rolex, and you state it is a replica Rolex then there is no contractual problem...

...unless Rolex want to take action that is!

Tiffany's are in a long running legal battle with eBay in the US that could result in eBay having to be much more careful about listing counterfeit items.

It's illegal to sell fakes/replicas/counterfeit items at all in the UK, so even if eBay don't pick it up you could still end up in trouble, especially if you're a trader.
