Hi all, I am converting my house into 3 bedsits/studio flats, and will be letting out the first one in around 1 month.

Does anyone know where to obtain tenancy contract/agreements? This is the first time I have done this and want to make sure I am doing everything correctly.

I have done a Google but there are so many different variations I want to make sure I use the correct one!

Thanks

Your local WH Smiths have generic tenancy forms.

If you're going through a letting agent they will probably have a standard agreement they use which you may be able to tweak. Otherwise would it not be a good idea to get a solicitor to draw one up for you so you get exactly what you want? As a proportion of the cost of the development it can't cost much.
