IR35 Question - not quite the usual one!

I am currently trying to wind down my business (that another question) due to a crap first half of the year and have taken a contract as a business dev / sales manager for another company in my industry through the business for the time being.

The question I have is how IR35 effects me and the company I am contracting to.

Some details

My company traded has for 4 years as a distributor and consultant to my industry with multiple customers and a nightmare of an employee!!!!.
I started the current contract at the beginning of June.
The company currenly only has one customer, the contract in question. However up to the end of May it had multiple customers who still owe money.
I am currently winding down this company, trying to collect money from my debters and pay my cerditors (not very successfully)
I have moved out of our old warehouse premises
The company's FY ended in June.

I hope these details help in the understanding for my situation and question.

All your info is pretty much irrelevant to your IR35 status, which is essentially determined by your contract and your current working practices...
