Fund research

Hi,

I was hoping there may be someone who works for a small hedge fund or similar who may be able to help me find a junior research role (or something that will take me in that direction).
I am a gradute in Economics from a Red Brick university with 300+ UCAS points at A-level. I graduated in 2006 and have a years experience in derivatives at one of the top American banks.

If anyone can help, I am really eager to move into this area, please PM me for a CV or whatever you need. Any advice also appreciated.
