Any advice? Looking to secure somewhere for 1 - 3 months. How much is a benchmark figure for sqft? Anything to watch out for?

Thanks

As has already been mentioned, location will define the cost.

My office is in Swanley, just inside the M25 in Kent and right next to the station, so quite a convenient location. The building is ran by Lenta Properties who seem reasonably good.

I have a 2 person office charged at £275 per desk which includes phone line, fax line, all rates & bills and furniture provided. In addition to this I have to pay £50 for an ADSL line.

Including VAT? What's your notice period? I've been getting prices of around 450 upward + VAT at the moment, which I think is too expensive. £250 - £300 seems reasonable

Plus VAT. Notice period is only 1 month which is great for a small business - absolute flexibility. IIRC the deposit was two months licence fee.

Follow the link above, then select the swanley office from the second pull down menu.

If you go for it, remember to knock on the door of ofice 414 - you can buy me a beer, there's a good little pub down the road in Crockenhill. wink
