I got a P6 tax coding notification today.... for an employee I dont have.... after calling about 5 different departments they cant do anything as i dont have the full details about the employee... erm thats because they dont fecking work for me.... useless ba$tards......
their helplines used to be really good untill they got rebranded outsourced into little boxes arghhhh
