Tenancy agreement, anyone got a sample copy please?

[johnny senna]

Guys,
My lender needs to see a copy of the tenancy agreement I intend to use when I start to rent my flat out. Does anyone have a copy of such an agreement that they could share with me please?
Thanks
John
