online employment/self-employment questionnaire?

I'm looking at options here, to fill a 3 or 4 month contract, and think that self-employed individuals might be the way to go.

I’m unsure of the legality of this due to their duties and the nature of the work, which is construction based!

Anyone got any links that might be helpful.

If it's construction based, you will need to be aware of the very specialised tax rules relating to self-employed contractors working in the Construction Industry.

Do a Google under CIS (Constructtion Industry Schemes) and/or read up on CIS on the HMRC website.
