Hi i am looking for around 3000 sqft of commercial space with parking in and around the above-ish areas, I appreciate it is a big ask but if anyone knows of any suitable locations or indeed knows of any decent agents in the area it would be appreciated.
I've seen a big building there which has been empty for years, I'm sure the owners would glady have it occupied. Can't remember who owns it but I'm sure you can find out - it's the one with the four big chimneys, next to the river...
But beyond that I can only suggest walking the streets with mobile phone and notepad. My (very limited) understanding is that a lot of retail space at least is leased directly by the Landlords. However, perhaps this might be of use?
