Hi Eric,

I remember on a thread a few weeks ago you mentioned you had an emailable template for small business ltd accounts. It would be hugely appreciated if you could email them to me. My email address is the same as my handle on here with 'at hotmail dot com' at the end.

I have a rather interesting scenario as this year after accounts have been accepted they have been questioned by a third party, a credit reference agency. They have made a short list of missing things such as the notes etc - which in itself I am unsure is necessary for full exemption accounts and also most interestingly they have asked for 'comparitives'. That is not interesting in itself apart from the fact that for this company the accounts are for the first year of trading!!!

Cheers in advance!

Justin,

It may be worth having an accountant glance over them anyway?

I think I should be alright. Although I am not a pro accountant by any means in my business degree I did study finance. I have also produced accounts for the last seven years and this is the first time they have been queried!

The whole process was a bit strange to be honest and I just wanted to double check that what I thought I knew I do actually know!

Okay, was just a thought. As a note, good accountants are worth their weight in gold wink
