Good stuff.

I did chuckle at the 'exciting stuff coming soon'. Can just see a surgeon rubbing his hands at the thought of a new speculum hitting the market. hehe

The general design looks fine although you need to 'justify' your text.

Some technical tips to help with search engine compatibility:
  • Make sure all your images have 'hover text' even if the value is blank (alt="&quotwink, but descriptive tags are best.
  • Each page should have a unique and descriptive title that includes keywords used in your page body.
  • Each page should also have a H1 tag if possible. This should be main page title.

2nd about the copywriter, I know a good UK one at a fair price.

It's a bit greenish. I'd like to see a few accents. Not the obvious red of course . . .

Not sure about the navigation.

Cheers, Dink, designer.

You should look at branding your support product. We use KAYAKO and brand it to bring it into line with the general colour scheme of our website and use our logos instead of theirs.

another vote for a copywriter. Some of the language is a bit too cheesy, some of the sentence structure is just badly worded. Nice site though.

I take it you are selling products to a very sober and ultra conservative audience? If that's the case then great job, it works very well.

- in 2 sentences I knew what you do. I cant count the number of web sites that don't.
- images
- W3C AA Compliance (minor tweak needed to achieve AAA)

Dislikes
- Hoverover menu. I think it looks cheap and tatty. Really brings the site down.
- 2 support links on first time visitor page only
- Perhaps too much green
- When I click on products, I have to click on TWO more links before I get any info.

www.uitest.com has links to all of the tools you might need. WebXACT is the best for accessibility.

I would simply remove one level of menu so from the home page, one click and I get to see your products, another and I get to see what I want to buy!

You could also think about reordering the menu items, in particular Web Store needs to stand out a bit more imo. I'd remove the admin and webmail links as well.
