Web Design Quote needed

Hi guys, wonder if you could help.
www.northwestpcrepair.co.uk is my new domain. I've been through the wordpress (nice and easy to maintain
) template and slimmed it down.
What I am after now is A) a suitable header image. B) The CSS colour scheme changing to a blueish colour, as the current theme is..... arse
I work full time as ICT Tech, but have a lot of spare time, so if I can could earn a bit more on the side, that would be ace.
Should only take an hour or two. Also need to write more text to fill it up a bit.
What you reckon?

Thank you. I know WHAT I need to do in terms of editing the CSS, but which colours etc look best together is my downfall. I have the creative ability of a soggy beermat
