anyone able to make a single prototype for reasonable prices

Looking for a prototype or two for an idea I've had.

Can't really say too much, but it would involve working with plastics, a pair of metal heating plates (low temperature appx 45 degrees) and linking up some kind of splash/surface waterproof power supply (to drive the two units)

Heat is required to be on for appx 8 hours at a time, so I'm not even sure of how much power is required!!
