Do any of you Ladies or Gents have any experience with TMB for BTL mortgages?

One of the companies in my current shortlist for BTL and I thought I would drop by and see if any fellow Pistonheaders have any experience of the firm.

They are currently offering 90% LTV with no tie in for about 6.34%.

Thanks In Advance.

Sorry EricMc, TMB are the Mortagage Provider, and LTV is the Loan to Value ratio, smaller the number, larger the deposit needed.

Thanks

Thanks - now that I know what you are talking about - I know it's something I know nothing about.

I assume you've used a comparison site like moneysupermarket already?
I have two mortgages with Northern Rock or wharever they are now called...so I'd better not offer you advice hehe
That said, I remortgaged with them because they have always been very helpful..and until recently offered good rates.

TMB are good but those products are being pulled today and no one knows whether the new rates will be better or worse. With the 6.34% there is a higher lending charge (where any borrowings over 75% LTV are charged at 7.5%) but their 6.49% doesn't have this.

If you need help arranging finance then I would be glad to give a free consultation as I work for a buy to let mortgage specialist.
