Paperless Direct Debit & Interest on Business Accounts

Hi All,

I'm shortly going to require the ability to set up paperless direct debits (online accounts basically) and wondered if anyone on here could pass on any advice on the subject?

I've got a direct debit processor which I intend to use (Datacash), but I'm still a bit in the dark as to how to decide on a 'sponsoring bank' and what the steps are in setting this up fully. Has anyone on here been through the process?

Also, with a view to setting up the business bank account behind the scenes - is there such a thing as a business bank account which pays (decent) interest on balances? (don't suppose there's a money supermarket equivalent for business accounts is there?)
